I hold an initial consultation to work with the client to develop their own SMART goals. I develop a programme for the client working with their availability, equipment and ability.

Having discipline and motivation to achieve what you want. Failure is not a bad thing, we work our muscles to failure to build the body that we want. Failure is a part of every day life and I will not punish you for having a bad day.

I love helping people to find a workout that they enjoy in the gym. This helps to motivate people to attend the gym and to achieve their goals.

I wanted to start my own business to enable me to help people in a positive way. I believe that health is about physical and mental wellbeing and exercise can help with overall health.

I listen to clients likes and dislikes, I will push you to help you achieve your goals and I will show understanding to your circumstances and try to offer suggestions to enable you to achieve your goals.

I can provide all services remotely via Facebook live or Zoom. I have a music license for online classes to provide extra motivation during your workouts.

In the gym I carry antibacterial wipes and clean the equipment before and after use. I have asked clients to complete the initial consultation online. During gym sessions I maintain social distancing at all times and will provide verbal corrections to techniques.

Services

Here at Pillar Fitness and Wellbeing we do not believe in pushing people to do things they don’t enjoy. I am not saying there won’t be sessions without burpees, because who likes burpees? I can promise that you will have fun while working to achieve your fitness goals. I understand there are days when you do not feel like exercising, however these are the days to push yourself harder. I will listen to you and watch your body language by utilising my background in Psychology to ensure you are gaining the most from the session. I am here to help you no matter the circumstances by providing you with a friendly and hardworking environment. Sessions will be planned with all abilities in mind so each individual can choose the level they are comfortable working at. I will use my knowledge in Psychology and as PT to know when you may need to increase or decrease the intensity.
There are 4, 6 and 8-week bootcamps available with 2 sessions per week. The sessions will cover cardiovascular and strength-based exercises. Strength based exercises can include weights and body weight. Places are currently limited to a maximum of 5 people during the pandemic. The number of participants may increase but to no more than 10 people.

Please note if there is a limited number of people on a session you may be asked to switch to an alternative bootcamp session. Days, times and location to be confirmed.

Prices:
4-week bootcamp – £80 (£10 per session – 2 sessions per week)
6-week bootcamp – £108 (£9 per session – 2 sessions per week)
8-week bootcamp – £128 (£8 per session – 2 sessions per week)

I know when I was asked to be a bridesmaid, I wanted to look my best for the photographs and joined a fitness programme. I also know the other bridesmaids had the same thought.


Our Bridal Bootcamp is for brides and your bridesmaids to get into shape ready for your wedding day. You can even bring along your mother and mother-in-law to be. Sharing the workout with your bridal party will be fun and keep you striving towards achieving your goals.

Here at Pillar Fitness and Wellbeing, I do not believe in pushing people to do things they don’t enjoy which is why I have developed Bridal bootcamp. The sessions are tailored to your group’s individual goals, this could be losing weight or toning up. This package includes basic nutrition advice and support for all participants, to help keep you on track to achieve your goals before the big day. Food diaries can be completed via the app MyFitnessPal for your convenience. Weekly feedback will be provided online or in person during the bootcamp on a one to one basis, this is to ensure your confidentiality. I will provide you with nutritional knowledge so you can continue to make healthier food choices even after the bootcamp has finished. This does not mean you can’t have that takeaway on a Friday night, as we all deserve a treat after a long week in work. Having the nutritional knowledge will help you to make healthier food choices so you can still have a cheat night and lose weight. There is the option of a 6-week or 12-week Bridal Bootcamp with 2-3 sessions per week. The sessions will normally cover cardiovascular and strength-based exercise and the makeup of the session will depend on the group’s goals. Strength based exercises can include weighs and body weight. Places are currently limited to a maximum of 5 people during the pandemic. The number of participants will increase after the pandemic but to no more than 8 people due to the tailored approach. Dates, times and location to be confirmed.

Prices:
6-week bootcamp – 2 sessions per week £180 (£15 per session); 3 sessions per week £270 (£15 per session)
8-week bootcamp – 2 sessions per week £240 (£15 per session); 3 sessions per week £360 (£15 per session)

One-to-one sessions offer a personal training programme to suit your individual needs and goals. An initial consultation, fitness and health tests will be conducted prior to the start of the programme. Using the results of the fitness tests, a programme will be developed to suit your fitness level and goals. We can develop a programme based in a gym or at home using the equipment you have available. To enable you to achieve your goals the optimum programme length is 12-weeks, however you can choose a set number of sessions to suit your needs and budget. To find out more, contact me to discuss your options further. We will work together to develop short, medium and long-term SMART goals so you feel empowered and motivated to achieve your goals. Nutritional support will be provided when blocks of 6 or 12 sessions are booked.

Prices

1 session (PAYG) = £30 per session

6 sessions = £28 per session (£168)

12 session = £25 per session (£300)

Small group training sessions offer a training programme to suit the group needs and goals. You can build your own small group (friends or family) or a small group can be developed based on individual goals. An individual consultation will be conducted, as well as group fitness and health tests which will be used to develop your group programme. If you require a different programme length please do not hesitate to contact me. Nutritional support will be provided when blocks of 6 or 12 sessions are booked.

Numbers will be limited to 4 people in a group to ensure each client receives coaching throughout the sessions.

1 session (PAYG) = £72 (4 people £18 each per session)

6 sessions = £64 per session (4 people £16 each per session)

12 sessions = £56 per session (4 people £14 each per session)
