What do you love most about your job?
At PHORMWORK we thrive on creating spaces that revolve around the clients, people occupying the space and their daily needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in practice for a variety of companies, multi-disciplinary, architects and landscape architects, director Sean Savage decided to go it alone and set up 'Savage Studio'. Three years later after a thorough rebrand, PHORMWORK was born. Formwork is the term used for the process of creating a temporary mould into which concrete is poured and formed.

At PHORMWORK we are a small enough outfit to treat every client and their projects individually, yet we are still experienced enough to deliver solid architectural design from start to finish.

Yes. Due to Covid-19 we have been working online via an online platform and Zoom calls. We are still doing site visits, but all visits are carried out under strict covid guidelines.

We provide accurate measured drawings to be submitted for full planning permission applications.
Building Regulations
We provide detailed drawings to satisfy building control
Application Management
We can submit and manage all necessary applications on behalf of the client and act as their agent
3D Design
We can provide stunning 3D photo-realistic rendering of projects. By doing this, the client is able to see exactly how the space will look before committing to the build stage
Structural Engineering
Our in-house structural engineer is capable of providing structural design services with details and full calculations
