Absolutely dreadful. held on to my laptop for weeks without repair. Told a lot of wrong and sometimes contradictory information about what was wrong with it / why i couldn\t collect it. I finally demanded it back so i could go somewhere else and repeatedly travelled from Perth to Glasgow to pick it up, only to be told they didn't have it as they had sent it to their 'lab' and the lab needed to post it back (presumably they just take in laptops and post them to someone else to repair?). I ended up having to buy another laptop so i could get back to work, once i did get my faulty laptop back, i took it to another shop who diagnosed it was a faulty battery and fixed it in 24hrs. Dont often write reviews but wanted to do one for these guys. having problems with my Macbook and toom it in to them. Had it fixed and back to me within 24 hours and it is running like new. Also had a few issues with software and they were super helpful and got everything up and running which was above and beyond the level of service that I had expected. 5 star service and cant recommend them highly enough.
