What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. You won't get the perfect body in a few days or weeks. Its about finding what works for you and sticking to that. After a few months you'll start to reap the benefits. My knowledge of the body and training will help to work out the best program for your needs and help you to stick with it
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people reach their goals after working hard to get there. There's not better feeling and that's why I love this job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I helped myself to reach my fitness goals and with this experience and knowledge I really wanted to help others to do the same. I've done this by working in gyms or football teams, and doing sessions or here will mean I can help even more people
