I was a little hesitant about starting, but Phil soon put me at ease and was very encouraging. He is friendly and helpful, plus he knows when I can do more than I could have imagined.

Wasn't feeling or looking great at the start of lockdown so thought something needed to change. Thought of doing online sessions with a trainer and wasn't sure if it would work. Phil was the strength and conditioning coach at my football club. When he first started I was struggling in the team and not fit or strong enough to play at my best. After working with Phil on an individualised program in the gym and on the pitch, my performances really started to improve and by the end of the season I was to top scorer.

Consistency. You won't get the perfect body in a few days or weeks. Its about finding what works for you and sticking to that. After a few months you'll start to reap the benefits. My knowledge of the body and training will help to work out the best program for your needs and help you to stick with it
