The team were second to none, they have been extremely supportive throughout the run-up to the festival offering their expertise and guidance every step of the way, their conduct on site was amazing, we couldn't fault them, they were at the end of a radio and by your side in a flash, they ensured everyone was hydrated and their conduct was extremely professional, they are a very friendly team and I would recommend them above any other company every time.

Tom and Connor attended the Knutsford Beer Festival this weekend, as our First Aid Support, and were excellent. They were attentive, got involved, and entertained the kids during our Family Friendly session, Connor even did a stint on the bar, while keeping an eye out for first aid issues of course. They regularly did walks around the venue to ensure everyone was ok, and when one guest was a little worse for ware, had a word with him, and helped persuade him he'd had enough and it was time to go home, which he did without argument. I have had the pleasure of working with the team at P&H Medics on several occasions. One of these was during a large scale event which required on site attendance over a 5 day period. I cannot fault the service delivered from any of the team. They worked tirelessly throughout the week, not only within their own area, but also offering assistance to others when they had capacity to do so. Every member of staff is professional, polite and completely understands how to deal with people.
