Sonia replied promptly to my Bark and to my follow up email. Her colleague Sergio also responded promptly to arrange site visit but did not follow this with a quote so I can't rate them on that. He did say they were very busy and maybe the felt my job was not worth quoting for. It would have been better if they'd informed me of that, which is why I can't give them better mark. More...
