Rang PFB Repairs and spoke with Paul, who agreed a time to come and look our broken washing machine, he turned up at exactly the time he said and after very thorough testing, concluded that the electronic part of the machine were no longer functioning correctly, he even re-wired the suspected part to rule it out. He then kindly organised for a new machine to be supplied and fitted by himself at a very good rate, arrived today bang on time fitted, tested and removed the old appliance making life very easy.I would not hesitate in in recommending Paul and wish every repair man took as much pride in their work as Paul does, Keep up the good work!Austin More...

Contacted Paul last week asking if he could sort me a new machine at good price. He immediately sent me thru quote for 3 differnt similar machines and left it down to us to choose which would suit our needs best. ... No hard pressure sale thing from him.I called him two days later to request one of machines listed and we arranged for it to be delievered to me today at 3pm where he would take old one away and set up new machine .... Paul spent a couple of hours trying to find the cause of the problem with our Zanussi dishwasher and was determined not to be beaten. Classic case of the fault warning not being listed in the instruction manual or on the internet. Charge was £45.
