Choosing Pete as our wedding DJ was the best choice we could have made. From our first meeting to the service on the day, Pete made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. The online event planner was a fantastic touch which meant we could choose the songs we liked and Pete could base the rest of the evenings songs around it - something he did exceptionally well. We chose the early set up option which meant Pete came and discreetly set up in the morning ahead of the wedding - this avoided the set up of bulky equipment in front of our guests later. It also allowed for background music to be played during the wedding breakfast which helped create a lovely relaxed atmosphere. In the evening the dance floor was full - very impressive on a warm summers night!Also Pete turns up in a very dapper tuxedo which adds a lovely touch of class to the DJ proceedings! In our opinion there really is no other choice for a wedding DJ and we would recommend Pete to any bride and groom! More...

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
There is no secret! Its a simple case of giving people what they want, making smooth transitions so that the music flows. We've all been to the party where, the floors full - the floors empty - the floors full! This is because the DJ is not planning ahead! It's very important to know, not only what your next tune is going to be, but also, the next two or three after that. Its also necessary to not get stuck in a rut, and changing the genre regularly to keep as many people interested as possible.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Extremely laid back! Experience brings its own reward, there is very little that phases me, I firmly believe that no-one dances because "Disco Dave" can't stop talking and making his "hilarious" interjections!
What do you love most about your job?
The sight of happy people enjoying themselves is absolutely priceless! Receiving great feedback from satisfied clients,and receiving bookings from people who have been guests at my previous events is also very satisfying, as is the number of fantastic local venues that have no hesitation in recommending our services to their clients!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The realisation that most DJs actually hate Weddings! The DJ forums going back a few years were full of people moaning about the demands of Wedding Clients, having worked most of my life in a customer service role, I couldn't understand what their problem was, and set out to create a Wedding DJ service built around the needs and wants of the customer.
Why should our clients choose you?
We love Weddings! We regularly officiate at over a hundred and fifty Weddings per year, and have done so for the last ten/fifteen years. The majority of our bookings come from recommendations, from previous clients, from the better Wedding Venues, and also from our fellow Wedding Professionals. We love what we do, we want you to have a great party, and we will work with you to try and ensure that it happens! We have an on-line planning system to help you put your day together, and also offer a free initial consultation, allowing you the opportunity to meet and chat through your event, prior to committing to a booking. You can even do this by Facetime/Video Call/Skype etc - this is essential as we deal with clients away from these shore
We have a full back-up plan, both for equipment and for personnel, meaning that the "Show will go on!", and we carry the necessary Public Liability Insurances giving you and your guests the peace of mind that you are free to enjoy yourself in a safe environment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our DJ's are fully vaccinated, and when moving outside of our working zone, will abide by the accepted standards.
Bookings wise, we have worked very hard with clients to ensure that they get the Wedding Date that they want, over the last eighteen months we have moved the date for several clients up to five times! Where this has not been possible, we have refunded appropriately.
