Trevor is just an amazing person! 2020 was always changing and he was always on hand and patient. Trevor was great at communicating about the wedding (which had a lot of changes due to Covid) and he just made it all so easy. The car was stunning. Thank you so much to Trevor for providing my family with such incredible memories on our wedding day. Trevor was an absolute delight. He was a calming influence on my drive with my dad to the venue and after our ceremony whisked myself and my new husband away for a few moments, so that we could catch our breath before the reception. Extremely slow service. It’s not true about Monday mornings being the fastest service day. I’ve been there today because I read the other reviews. Every damn day are the same with the line that take ages and then waiting again for your number being called is taking eons. Expect your time here to be 2-3 hours at average. The place also stinks and filled with flies because of the kind of people that come here for service. I don’t want to come back here again. More...

Depending on the time of day decides how long you will wait. If you can make an appointment you should. I had an appointment, waited in line to check in, then waited for my name to be called. The actual appointment was great, I got a lot of information and walked away empowered. The facility was clean, staff cordial, and even the security guards assisted with basic questions. Great communication, really helpful

Trevor and Pat provides the 1954 Bentley for our wedding Saturday 3rd March. I cannot thank them enough for the brilliant service they provided. As of the heavy snow the night before the wedding I was worried I wouldn’t have a wedding car in the morning. I called Trevor that evening who completely reassured me he would be there. I was so relieved when I saw the Bentley arrive outside my house ready to take me to the ceremony. Trevor said he nearly couldn’t get the Bentley to my house but as him and his wife knew our hearts were set on it, they spent an hour and a half digging the car out of the snow on their driveway to get it there! I cannot thank either of them enough for the amazing service they have provided! The Bentley was beautiful, comfy and we absolutely love it.
