I discovered my passion for training over twenty years ago and made the decision to be the best instructor and personal trainer I could be. Since then I have consistently been building and adding to my repertoire of training methods, knowledge of nutrition and even life coaching in order to deliver the highest standard of health and fitness to my clients.

Pete is a great instructor, not only does he keep your motivation levels high but he makes sure your doing the correct technique to make most of your workout. I am defiantly becoming a regular!

I started doing Pete's insanity classes back in February/March and they are hard but effective. Pete is friendly and always makes sure you are doing the moves correctly so you do not injure yourself. After returning to exercise from a number of surgeries, I was really nervous about what I should be doing. I first started with Pete's spin classes where he put me at ease and taught me that my injury doesn't have to hold me back. I was hooked from the first class so decided to also attend Pete's boxercise and insanity classes where I found the same enthusiasm and encouragement. I then top these classes up with PT sessions where Pete shows me how to handle my injury and has been able to bring me to a point in my exercise regime I never thought I'd be able to get back to. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I’m innovative trainer, who studies with the best coaches, in order to bring cutting edge training concepts to those that he teaches. His unique training system is about using your body in a functional dynamic way. My clients range from top athletes, footballers, city workers, housewives, young people and those challenged by obesity.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
My philosophy is not just about training, but to enjoy your training and to make it a lifestyle choice. There’s no quick fix, “form over speed” and “Correct Technique Is Key”
