I use Rosie and Karen for both walking and boarding. They and their dogs are my Rosie’s absolute favourite people, she is beside herself with joy when they come and collect her. I have absolute trust and confidence when she is in either of their care- love them both!Sarah has also supported us in some training, it’s a pleasure to see someone so skilled in understanding dogs behaviour at work, Rosie always behaves exactly as Sarah says she will!Highly recommend this fabulous organisation who have the love and care of animals as their core values and ethos. The pet professionals are complete angels. I have two rescue Jack Russells, each with their own unique personality and they are, of course my world. I trust the Pet Professionals 100% and I am always at ease, knowing the dogs are in safe hands whilst I am at work.Most importantly, when the dogs see Vikki or Jolene, they go mad and clearly love them..testimony indeed. My frenchie Molly goes out for walkies with Rosie and her gang twice a week and absolutely loves it, she always comes home tired and content. Molly also stayed with Rosie and her family for two weeks when we went on holiday and was very happy, it was a home from home. I trust Rosie completely and I'm so glad we found her. We boarded our dog with Rosie while we were away on holiday, he was treated like a member of the family in fact he enjoyed himself so much he seems disappointed to return home. Although hairy, with bad breath, a wonky eye, terrible foul-smelling wind, going bald, almost deaf, elderly and anxious, Rosie at Pet Professionals has taken our beloved rescue dog Molly into her care and has treated her as well as her own. We have been using Rosie for over a year and she has always been prompt, communicative, caring and has always provided great, effective advice with our doggy dilemmas. We recommend Rosie and Pet Professionals as they have helped us with walking Molly and have on occasion kept Molly overnight. We always know that Molly will be cared for and loved when away. Highly recommend puppy school. Guidance and advice is first class! Looked forward to the weekly classes and making new doggy friends. Subsequently have used their walking service. Vicki is amazing. Pet Professionals are simply amazing. I use their dog walking and pet sitting service for my dog. I work varying hours and Vicky is so accommodating when I need to change days. I hate having to leave my dog if when he can't come to work with me but PP ease my worry and stress and I know he has an amazing time with them. We've recently used Hayley for dog sitting and she was so lovely and sent me photos of him relaxing in her home. When she picks him up I don't even get a look back from him! It's such a comfort to know he loves and trusts them. I would also recommend the puppy classes and training services. They are all qualified trainers which is so important. Highly recommended.
