Offering a varied programme of activity Neil combats the boredom of training to the point the the children want to join in too - especially if there’s a Swiss ball involved!

Neil is an amazing Personal trainer. He always keeps me motivated which helps me going further. Always ready to fit in your schedule and very adjusting. He has a lots of different types of sets of exercises and every time its something new. The
sessions are very interesting with the music and sometimes he brings the swiss ball or dumbles or boxing gloves. I have seen a lots of difference in myself after Neil started training me.

Really appreciate all the efforts Neil. You're a superstar :)

Neil achieves a very good balance between pushing me hard and allowing me a moment to catch my breath and renew motivation. He has a wide variety of exercises so that, as a highly unmotivated exerciser, he has managed to engage me very effectively. More...

Neil is great! Very friendly and easy to get on with. Lots of variations of exercises with something new each session. He pushes your limits while at the same time knowing your ability. I have had an intensive month with him and am really feeling the benefits

I have found Neil to be an excellent running coach. He has identified a problem with my running technique that I was unaware of and has greatly improved my overall fitness and strength. I have a running background, which included running the half marathon in under 70 minutes. I also like to work with customers on a 1-1 basis, and so I'm delighted that I can now help clients to improve their fitness and achieve their health goals.

Having competed for over 30 years at sport, I'm now able to use my experience to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
