I’ve had 2 Cameras installed at my property for added security. Lee provided site survey, very thorough and informative about the products. Lee and the team installed the cameras, they tidied up after themselves and I had full training on how everything works. Lee also helped resolve a router issue I had in my home - which he didn’t have too. The camera quality is great and the night vision. Alarm installed 7th July with the agreement the old alarm was to be disconnected . This has not been done, despite numerous calls . We have been given vague promises & many excuses. The alarm was paid for on the day of installation in cash ,we have yet to receive a-receipt or information on the equipment and both of the censors have fallen down so the alarm does not work. He was really helpful and polite he explained everything in detail to what work he is going to do. He also answered all my questions, so I will be happy for him to do the work

This company called, I explained that I had been , up until then let down by my existing company, they offered to call and explore any faults, and leave it to me whether to go ahead with repair, absolutely superb customer service

Friendly and reasonable price, quick response with quite etc

We’ve just had a security system installed by Perimeter Surveillance and I’m over the moon. The CCTV is second to none.

The fitters were professional and so careful with our home. The quality of the video is fantastic, so clear, all wires are hidden and they even cleaned up after themselves..You wouldn’t know any work had gone on.

They offered full support and training once it was installed to make sure we know how to use it properly.

Thank you for the feedback, however we price our products accordingly and only supply high end HikVision high grade equipment. I am sorry we couldnt match your budget on this occasion. As we didnt discuss your requirements in person as we didnt get a reply we just sent an estimate. We do not know what you compared our price with, so it is difficult to comment any further.

First time having CCTC installed. I didn’t have a clue! Chuffed to bits I got the best option for me. All advised and installed for me - thanks !
