What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy solving people problems! Not everybody is cut out to manage people and we can help you deal with knotty problems pragmatically.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I set my business up in 2006, and was inspired to do so by my parents who set up an antiques business from scratch in the 1970’s.

We usually operate remotely - particularly since March 2020! We have also developed a suite of online training products.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have advised many clients on how to manage things during the lockdown and various restrictions. Often the biggest challenge is managing a team remotely - and we have been doing that since 2006, as a virtual business ourselves.
