Me and my mum have just got back from staying a week here in the pentire hotel. This hotel was lovely although it could do with a little modernizing/updating.
Despite the room been a little small it was still pleasant enough for our stay here. Overall what makes this hotel is the staff. The staff where truely amazing they went out of their way to make your stay welcoming and satisfying and they were all absolulty brilliant. The meals where lovely too along with the breakfast in the morning you where given plenty of choice. This hotel does pull out all the stops and no matter what they make sure that you have enjoyed your stay. If i was to visit Newquay in the future I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, room lovely and clean. Food good my only negative comments would be cleaning stuff in corridors making it awkward to maneuver and bits of flaky paint on the corridor floors. But really enjoyed my visit

Just arrived back from a long weekend at this hotel with just go holidays.from start to finish we really enjoyed it.our coach driver John was very nice explained the whole journey every time we got on the coach. The hotel was good with entertainment every night.good food.the only downside of my holiday was the pillows they are like rocks. Also the dining room hasn't enough staff they are running around all the time and I think the man's name was Pete he really needs to slow down he will have a heart attack he cannot work like that it's not good for your health. We are local people and we have been using the swimming pool complex for many years. It is a lovely warm pool with a Turkish steam room.
The hotel has a loyalty card so you swim four times and get the fifth swim free!
We would recommend this hotel to everyone,
It is immaculately clean and the staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful.
Sixty Bistro is a great place to eat with a menu that suits all.

Popular hotel situated close to Fistrel beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice swimming pool although too deep for children who are not confident swimmers. Room okay, but nothing special. A bigger bed would be nice. A few quirks with the place like the boiling hot shower in the pool changing rooms and cold ones by the pool. Also no starter or dessert offering for the children's set menu seems very peculiar when both are on the adult menu. However neither would be allowed to spoil an otherwise pleasant stay.
