What do you love most about your job?
Engaging with a clients needs and producing the required results is, without doubt, the highlight of our service. Within the team we all enjoy our work, we get on well together and know each other well. We don't see it as a job as we're all doing what we enjoy; helping people and producing good-looking projects.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked for large household name businesses and felt that more could be done for the client. Not everything is about getting as much money as you can. There needs to be a level of care and concern with each project and to ensure it's carried out correctly. Owning and working in the business allows me to ensure that all clients get the level of attention they deserve and that the work is complete to expected standards. ultimately, we will only complete work to a standard that we would expect in our own homes.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Penguin have implemented video meetings where appropriate and all visitng staff are tested weekly. We wear masks on arrival, after using anti-bacterial handwash, and will socially distance whilst on your premises.
