What makes a great website?
There's 3 things a website must do well to be considered a great website. These are:
1. Grab the user's attention
The first thing a website must do when a user lands on it is to grab their attention. You have a very limited amount of time to do so, so your website must be aesthetically pleasing, load fast and have key content located in prominent positions.
2. Provide information they're looking for
Once you've gained the user's attention, you then need to provide a means by which the user can find the answers to their questions quickly and easily. The navigation must be logically structured, and pages should be consistent with the way the content is presented.
3. Clear Call To Action (CTA)
The final step is to convert your visitor, e.g. buy a product, get in touch etc... CTAs should be placed in prominent & logical locations throughout the site, and be presented in a way that makes it stand out from the rest of the content, without being too pushy.
What do you love most about your job?
It's immensely satisfying to be involved in the process of an idea being developed from inception to completion! We've also been involved in various campaigns in the past (e.g. social and email campaigns), where the client shared the ROI with us and it was through the roof! Although we can't take full credit, it's nice to know that we contributed towards their success!

What differentiates us from the competition however, is the extent to which we place emphasis on client satisfaction. We work extremely hard to meet our clients' requirements and expectations, and where we feel it not possible, we flag it with the client as soon as possible so that we can discuss the best alternative approach.
We also opt to not have account managers. This means that you speak directly to whoever is working on your project, which speeds up the entire process and also removes the need for messages to be relayed internally.
We pride ourselves on the service we provide, and believe our high rate of customer retention and the fact we have clients all over the world (UK, US, AU, SG etc..) is testament to this.
Web design
We design and create bespoke, responsive websites, ranging from small informational websites with ~25 pages, to full-blown database driven websites spanning thousands of pages. Our focus is to create websites that are both aesthetically pleasing, but also easy to use for the end-user.
We have experience working with a wide range of platforms, but choose to use WordPress for the majority of our sites as it's extremely flexible and cuts down on development time, which in turn leads to cost savings for the client. If we're asked to build a website with more complex & unique functionality, we use the PHP framework, Laravel.
We can also integrate your website with 3rd party services (via an API) if needed. We have done so in the past, including services such as EventBrite, GoToWebinar, MailChimp and various payment gateways.
In addition, we have extensive knowledge designing and creating responsive HTML email templates.
