On the way to a meeting, I managed to drop my iPhone and smash the screen. I was near Wolverhampton, so called Tom at Pearl Repairs for help. Tom told me he had a screen in stock and could replace it within the hour- it actually reminded me of the old Yellow Pages advert where a chap calls a model shop to buy a Hornby train and they have one right there on the shelf! After only having my brand new iPhone 5se for 3 weeks an completely smashing my screen devastated me.! I rang apple which was ridiculously over priced, so then I found Icracked. At 1st I was abit sceptical as I'd never heard of companies doing this before so I made sure researched them. Within hours of cracking my screen Tom was here to repair it which amazed me how fast he responded as most leave u for day without replying. As its just my luck it wasn't a straight forward screen change so after 3 attempts an no extra charge ( fantastic lol) he sent my phone to there HQ to see what had happened an offered me a replacement phone. After just one day Tom rang to say it's all sorted your phone will be back with you tomorrow :-D an he will drop it back to me. I had been looking around for a repair for my tablet and all quotes were close to the original tablet cost so not a viable option. After dropping my iPhone se down the loo & again on the floor cracking the screen ( and denting the corner ) ! Tom at pearl was recommended ! He fixed my phone in front of me not only repairing the screen , but also the dented corner and the home button by replacing it with all with top quality genuine products in front of me ! Awesome company!
After being told by Stormfront in Telford that they couldn’t replace my iPhone battery because of a dent on the side I contacted Tom to ask if he thought he could do the job. Absolutely no problem at all. He sorted it within 10 mins and I feel like I have a new phone. Tom is an excellent and highly knowledgeable phone technician. Customer service is 100%.
