Within Business in Focus we call upon Tony on regular occasion to resolve issues accross the board regarding phone systems and networking / cabling. He is always prompt (replying to e-mails or phone calls within 1 - 2 hour time frame) and always responds with the exact answer to that which has been asked of him. Whenever he is called upon to come to one of our numerous sites he is punctual, brings all the appropriate kit and knowledge and has often finished the job before myself or anyone else can arrive onsite to show him the issue. When we had a major failure due to a lightening strike, Tony was on hand to resolve the issue with immediate effect. He talked me through diagnostics and advised alternative solutions to a dire scenario. He has procured network and communications equipment for me on numerous occasions (often beating the price of online retailers) I can't recommend Peach Communications highly enough!! More...

Tony and the team offer the best customer service and support I've experienced from a telecoms provider. We operate a Business with 30 employees across 5 sites with all telecoms managed by Peach. The team went above an beyond recently getting 2 new sites running at short notice. Running costs are well below budget, with the team recommending solutions that will save us hundreds, if not thousands per year. Obviously, with all new ventures, there were teething errors but this was when they truly earned their stripes. Whether remotely or through site visits any issues we encountered were addressed in remarkable time, which I believe to be the real test for any service based business. ...
