About

Team Training was born to help personal training clients who wanted the high level of personal service they were getting from their trainer, but needed more frequency of this service than they could afford.

Our small group training allows our clients to achieve the highest fitness levels by letting them access personal training as many times a week as they feel they can manage for one fixed monthly price.

Services

Group personal training sessions run 2 or 3 times daily – see timetable and are a mix of lifting weights and aerobic training. The team training way of training is based on Paul’s own model of training he has used to keep him the way he is for the last 50 years. We do this because it is a tried, trusted and proven route to success in fitness.

After attending six times over the first two weeks of your TEAM membership you will sleep better, feel better, have more confidence and be stronger, faster and fitter than you have been in a good while – possibly ever! Plus, if you follow our guidance on what and how to eat then you will drop body fat too!

1-2-1 Personal Training in the privacy of your own gym. No memberships needed, just pay for your sessions. Private PT is great for those who are getting back to exercise, or just really hate the thought of a terrifying gym. At PCHF we help you to learn to feel comfortable in this environment, helping you to find exercises that you love, and therefore want to incorporate it into your weekly life as a priority again.

THE HUNDRED CLUB IS SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SPECIFICALLY FOR THOSE AGED 65 OR ABOVE.

The Hundred Club personal training gym sessions are limited to 10 people and take place in a private facility, where only you, your group and your coach Paul Connor will be in attendance.

Sessions are twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:00 Noon and run for 1 hour.

Paul Connor is one of Cheshire’s most experienced Health Coaches with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Paul is accomplished at working with 65 years+ clients, making them feel at ease and empowering them to fulfill potential and exceed their expectations, all whilst making sure they having a great time.

WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is the first indoor competition that combines 3 different training elements in one unique event.

The combination of functional strength, high-intensity, and classic endurance components make HYROX not only unique, but also measurable. For each event, athletes compete in different divisions while doing the same challenge: 8 workouts and 8 x 1000m running.

All levels of fitness experience can compete, from recreational athletes to professional athletes. Everyone gets individual finisher times, and because the set-up is the same worldwide, athletes can compare their times in a global ranking.

This combination of functional exercises, high- intensity aerobic work and endurance makes HYROX a perfect partner for the TEAM TRAINING way of training and we believe we can get any of our clients to be fit enough to enter this competition.

Who is the class suitable for?

The class is suitable for those new to or resuming fitness or for those that already workout but are perhaps unfamiliar with Team Training’s style.
How can the class be tailored to individual needs?

The facility used for these sessions is a fully equipped gym. We have experience with understanding people’s levels and abilities and we can cater for all. We have vast experience at working with clients of all fitness levels and easily integrate everybody’s needs. There sessions are also aimed at clients who are all of the same level, so you should feel in the same boat as everyone else.

How can you reassure me that I will fit in and not feel out of my depth?

We want you to keep coming back so we will do all we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We will ensure that you never feel out of place or the focus of attention. Our systems are set up this way.

Why do we do this course?

This class is aimed at welcoming anyone who really wants to take charge of their fitness. By having 3 sessions per week over the 4 week period everyone tends to focus and achieve results. Once the 4 weeks are up more clients tend to feel so much better and in a great place to continue their health and fitness journey. Sometimes a 4 week blast like this is exactly what you need to get you back on track.

It may be that you need a holistic approach to helping you change your current identity.

We help clients to become fit and healthy people.

We teach them step by step how to change bad habits into good ones.

Our aim for clients is to live a long happy and healthy life away from the doctors and medication by helping them to incorporate wonderful exercise and nutrition habits that will have them bouncing with energy and living their best life.

The Long Life Health Club - Our health coaching programme is a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly 1-2-1 session run by our in house qualified health coach, counsellor and personal trainer.

You will have the opportunity to use talking therapies, CBT and have weekly exercises to do to help you break away from your mental blocks towards nurturing and caring for yourself. We will also teach you nutrition and exercise techniques if required to help you become the person who you have always wanted to be.
