Paul responded promptly, he was punctual, very personable and nothing was too much bother. As a woman living on my own I often feel intimidated by some so called "professionals". 8 times out of 10 I feel I've been ripped off. With Paul I felt totally comfortable, he was totally reliable and not out to make a fast buck! Having found the problem Paul was extremely honest in telling me that the problem was not my lock but the key and he did not charge me at all for his time. I get to help people in emergency situations plus meeting different people and moving around to different locations on a daily basis is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be my own boss and face the challenges the work brings on a daily basis without relying on others and do it by myself.
