Friendly caring and professional approach. I have used the service twice, once at short notice and Pam was very accommodating. I feel very reassured leaving my house keys with her knowing the cat is going to be getting some much needed TLC whilst I'm away!!Pam is clearly passionate about her service and this is evident and the cutest thing is reading the daily chart explaining what they've been up to!! :)Thanks again...
