We didn't want to put our dog, Poppy, in kennels so when our dog groomer told us about Paws and Unwind I rang them right away. After a chat with them and a visit to Poppy's new home from home we were all set to go in next to no time at all. The lady was amazing with Poppy. It was very clear how much she loved dogs and the wealth of experience she had meant we felt really confident leaving Poppy with her. We have already made our next booking with them and even though the lady we used isn't available this time I have complete confidence the new people will take care of our beloved dog whilst we are away. 100% recommended!! Our Billy as just stayed for 2 weeks and he as had a fabulous time, been taken on loads of different outings & the seaside, we received emails & photos while we were away on holiday & that put our minds at ease I would highly recommend anyone with pets to use Paws & unwind & we will not hesitate to use this service again for our dog, can't thank you enough for taking good care of Billy, hope to see you again soon Truly was a home from home.

Millie was 2 when I left her the first time with Paws and unwind , but she loved it , she has now stayed with them twice and is booked in for 2 more visits this year , they look after your dog as you would , nothing is to much trouble for them. Joy has been brilliant arranging boarding for my Boston Terrier. Both times for around four weeks, the second time at short notice. Benjy has just spent 2 weeks with Lorraine and had a fantastic time, in fact, he seems to be a bit depressed to be back home! Lorraine is a lovely lady who kept us updated every few days with photos and messages. It was great to enjoy our holiday safe in the knowledge that Benjy was being treated so well. I would definitely recommend Paws & Unwind to everyone (although we should probably get our booking for next summer sorted first!). An excellent service which is also fantastic value for money. The service we received form June and Roy was excellent. They are the most lovely people, so kind. It was so lovely to see Oscars little memory making journey with June Roy and Sam and they did so much with him. I'm surprised he wanted to come home at all! They did an amazing job at helping Oscar settle with them and making friends with Sam. I am so happy we were given the opportunity to meet June Roy and Sam and I am almost certain that Oscar would love to go and stay again with them all. I couldn't have been happier with the care they gave Oscar. The updates gave me so much reassurance that Oscar was OK and I couldnt have asked for more. I thoroughly recommend this company of dog loving people for all your canine home care requirements be it holidays, weddings, Christmas shopping etc. My dog has just stayed with Lorraine who looked after him while we went on holiday. My dog has a bad back and she made sure he had a hot water bottle to soothe his stiff legs after walking. I couldn't have done a better job and I am so grateful to her for looking after my baby so well. More...

Joy was absolutely amazing helping look after our dog, Humphrey, at Hazlewood Castle on our Wedding Day. It really made our day to have him included. Met with Joy twice prior to the wedding so that Humphrey could get to know her and she pretty much thought of everything on the day - whisking him off for a walk, providing some treats, taking him off for naps etc.
I thoroughly recommend this service to anyone looking to have their pet at their wedding & we'll also be keeping Joy in mind for any future boarding help we may need. Thanks so much Joy - I hope you managed to enjoy an ice cream!! Louise & Lee xx More...
