Paws & Claws Countryside Retreat

My dog really enjoyed her visit to Paws and Claws. Staff were wonderful. A bit tricky finding it, but worth it in the end

I normally always feel so nervous about leaving my two Pomeranians when I go on holiday as I’ve had bad experiences before. I used Paws and Claws Countryside Retreat for 12 nights and I’ve never felt so relaxed whilst away. Jill provides an absolutely amazing service and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and business. She’s kept me posted and sent pictures and videos so I have felt like I have seen them whilst being away. Would 100% recommend, my two pooches have clearly had an amazing time as they were reluctant to get in the car after their amazing holiday too! They had a trip to the groomers prior to going to the retreat and they have came back in perfect condition (I say this because I have had them back from previous kennels in a poor condition). My little dogs absolutely loves coming here it's an amazing place for them to stay whilst on holiday or even at work. We have 5 dogs who stay with jill at paws and claws and they absolutely love it. When we arrive with them there the happiest dogs ever to see jill which makes it so easy for us to go of on holiday and not worry at all. Would never send my dogs anywhere else. I trust Jill completely and my Bleu is always happy to see her. Safe, hygienic facilities and grounds and plenty of space for your dogs to play. A great place to begin dogs with socialising, and to continue socialising any dogs who are used to it. You also get regular daily updates of how you dog is to stop you worrying! I feel so at ease leaving my pooch with Jill. She spends quality time with her sending me regular updates and my pooch absolutely loves visiting. I'd absolutely recommend

I was very reluctant to leave my dog with anyone for the very first time. Paws & Claws was suggested and my dog absolutely loves it, sometimes a little to much and doesn’t want to come home haha. A Brilliant place for ya furbabies! "hotel for dogs"...lovely caring couple, fab location, my 3rescues LOVED their play park. .lots of countryside walks & Jill was grear at keeping me up to date while away with lots of vids & photos:) VERY HAPPY with service Excellent care & facilities would defo use again & highly recommend! Jill is a fantastic carer for your dogs. We received updates throughout the care of Millie who can be difficult when socialising. Because of this we have never left Millie in kennels but this was absolutely no problem for Jill as she told us that she can accommodate either way. Millie absolutely loved her time at the countryside, she was well walked and fed and come home a happy little dog - and we have booked again in November. Would highly recommend More...

I can not recommend Jill enough to look after your fur baby’s, I’m so picky about who I leave Neville with! He’s always so excited about “going to see Jill and George” and comes back with a full tummy ready for bed. I get updates throughout the day on what Neville is up to he just loves being there.
