John and the team at Pavilion did an amazing job for us traveling daily to Kent. We had quite a lot of groundwork to do before the resin went down and Sam and Ten were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they checked at every stage that we were happy. John runs a good team. They are reliable, professional and the price was very reasonable. From digging out the existing very thick concrete base to installing the finished product the work was carried out professionally and with minimal disruption.

From the very first contact with Pavilion Paving, the professionalism and customer first approach was very apparent. I met with four companies to discuss replacing my driveway plus reshaping and replacing garden paths.
John’s knowledge and patience in explaining the benefits and downfalls of different options was what impressed me the most. I carried out extensive research of his past work and references, even interrogating him on the only poor review
I could find. He wasn’t the cheapest but equally not the most expensive, his quotes were provided quickly and clearly described what I would be receiving. The work was scheduled for 5-7 days and completed in 5 days, his team were great, very accommodating to any changes and there were a few! I am unbelievably happy with my new resin drive and paths and more than happy to talk to anyone considering Pavilion Paving.

What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy making our customers ideas become reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I took the reins of this business when I was 19 in 1996. It’s all Ive ever wanted to do. I take great pride in what we do making sure that the customer is always happy with the end result.
Why should our clients choose you?
Experience is everything ! I’ve been doing this for myself for over 25 years and before that I’ve always been involved in groundwork’s. I don’t use sub contractors and employ 8 people some of whom have been with me for over 10 years. So to say we know what we’re doing would be an understatement. We are also covered by a £5million public liability Insurence. All our tradesmen are Cscs trained.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are are keeping physical contact to a minimum. At no point would we need to enter the inside of your property. We don’t expect tea, coffee or refreshments. (We bring our own) we provide our own bathroom facilities.

We install resin bound surface applications from start to finish.
We undertake all the preparation including the excavation, hardcore sub base, edging, pourus tarmac base course and the resin bound finish. We take away all the debris leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy your new hard standing. We undertake all these works ourselves using our own equipment and tradesmen to complete your project.
