Firstly had the choice of our Alfie picked up or for me to drop him off. Which is a good sign for customer service. Our Alfie had quit long hair and looked a bit scruffy. I asked Paul what the shortest he could do, we agreed on the length and let him do his magic. I have used a few places around and asked for as short as possible. None except for Paul have achieved what i wanted. Plus they usually charge more too. Alfie got the full pamper and made some new friends too. All for an exceptionally good price. Not only would i recommend Paul, I am using him from now on and getting all family members to use him. Also there was no rush to come and collect. Rings you when finished and ready at your own pace. Teddy went for his first groom with Paul this weekend and we are so pleased! It’s the nicest cut we’ve had on Ted and you can tell Paul just genuinely loves dogs! Would definitely recommend!

Bruce went to Paul’s Paws for the first time today, he was washed and cut and we are soo pleased with the outcome. Bruce is very playful and doesn’t like sitting still but Paul created such a lovely, relaxing environment for him and has such a lovely way with dogs! ! Great price too. 5 stars from us! Paul has washed + cut Chester a couple of times now, and he looks and smells lovely after a fresh trim. Chester is still a puppy and can be a little naughty and often impossible to keep still but Paul has lots of patience (and treats) to keep him calm and occupied.
