What do you love most about your job?
I get great job satisfaction from helping clients to identify, work on and sort out issues that they have felt distressed or stuck by.I listen to your point of view and work to get an understanding of your perspective in the moment and your needs going forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved the thought of having my own business as it gives me more flexibility to work round the needs of clients e.g. shift work etc.
It allows me to offer clients an initial session and allow you to decide if I'm someone you feel you can work with going forward.

I am a highly qualified professional with thousands of hours of client experience dealing with many different issues.
I have had good feedback from men, women, children and young people who find my ability to listen and meet you where you are very reassuring safe.
I am registered with UKCP (United Kingdom of Counselling & Psychotherapy) which ensures I keep my training up to date and adhere their thorough Code of Ethics.
I seek regular supervision, which is a requirement of UKCP. Supervision in the counselling context means the I confidentially talk about the themes that emerge in my work (keeping client names private). This allows due diligence in my practice and ensures high ethical standards.
