What do you love most about your job?
So many of life's best moments are centred around cake and I find great pleasure in creating beautiful, flavoursome cakes to help make your most special days even better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent time working in professional kitchens - most notably as pastry chef in Michelin star restaurant the Cross in Kenilworth - I decided to take the leap and work for myself. Baking, great flavours and beautiful design are extremely important to me, which makes cake decorating the perfect fit.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a new company and so my prices are reasonable but I do have considerable experience of working in professional kitchens and so have a keen eye for detail and. I also have event management experience and so you can be sure that the creation and delivery of your special cake will run smoothly and to time.
