What do you love most about your job?
Patience Care Solutions goal is to improve the quality of life of clients by ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a dignified way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The people I cared for when working in the health and social care sector inspired me to a great extent. Patience Care Solutions conducted a market research on the domiciliary care sector that revealed a need for additional providers with innovation. Our philosophy is based on the premise of enhancing life by excelling in care.

Clients should choose us because we are unique with a flat hierarchy, streamlined systems and efficiency on management and staff. This lean optimal organisational structure help us to focus on clients needs and respond to their changing circumstances safely and effectively.

All our services are offered face to face in your home with the exception of some assessments which can be conducted online through video conferencing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In view of the Coronavirus pandemic, our Covid - 19 policy is regularly updated with the latest government guidelines. In addition we have put stringent measures to protect our staff, service users and those who do business with us from the risks of Covid-19. All our staff have received their first dose of Covid- 19 vaccination. Staff is tested weekly for Covid- 19.
Domiciliary Care
Our domiciliary care service provides care to service users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis. We provide an extensive selection of cost effective, high quality, flexible and responsive home care services.
Personal and continence care.
Managing medication, ordering and collecting prescriptions.
Helping to mobilise in and around the home.
Household tasks and meal preparation.
Clinical care, including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding.
Some assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene.
Sit ins
Some assistance with dressing/undressing.
Some assistance with getting to / from the toilet.
Providing companionship.
Night Care Support
Patience Care Solutions strives to accommodate clients with specific night care needs by offering a Night Care Support Service that is dedicated to clients in that category. A support worker will be on hand to quickly move in and render assistance when required.
We provide bespoke services ranging from incontinence care, catheter care , stoma management, administration of medication, toileting, companionship and light meals preparation.
We match our client with the right support worker for value added companionship that gives peace of mind.
