First class service from start to finish from Alan and his team. We previously used Alan for new windows and doors and were impressed with the approach and work completed. When deciding on an extension it was an automatic decision to approach Alan again. We cannot fault the end to end process - longest part of this was waiting for the building warrant from the local council. Our needs and ideas were listened to and any issues explained from the initial architect plans to end of works. All of the team were excellent with first class work and finishing - it was clear that a great deal of pride was taken by the workmen on site who offered up some invaluable advice as the build progressed. We had no issues leaving our home in their hands when we went on holiday. Very much impressed with all involved and an extra shout to the joinery team who were so helpful and responsive to all requests. Our project was to upgrade the conservatory and diner into an area we could use all year round. Alan was very attentative, offering helpful suggestions and gave us every confidence this could be achieved before winter set in, and at a reasonable price. A tiled, insulated roof with velux windows and underfloor heating throughout the area were the major aspects of the work. His team turned up every day around 8am and just got on with the job, regardless of weather. Special mention to Jamie and Dean who were very respectful to our needs, their attention to detail was impressive and tidied up at the end of each day. Alan popped round most days to monitor progress and address any issues we might have. We did add a couple of extras not on the original quote. Excluding the extras, price quoted was price paid.Thanks to Alan and his team I am writing this (not in my speedos) in our conservatory in mid December, admiring the worst the Scottish weather can throw at us.
