What do you love most about your job?
Being able to make somebodies dream home come to life, this person may have spent years and years saving for an extension, and to complete drawings for their dream home really does make this job enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to keep myself busy, I rarely like to have a day off, I am active and love to meet new people!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We will need to complete a survey of the property/business, however after that the rest can be completed remotely, we can organise a virtual meeting and screen share to discuss your proposals
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Surveyors are all registered with the NHS app and self isolate if there has been a notification. We also will ensure face coverings are worn at all times
Architectural Drawings for planning permission
We provide Architectural drawings which are required for planning permission.
We discuss in detail with you your requirements and provide professional feedback on what is and is not possible according to permitted development rights or the local councils guide lines for full planning permission
Structural drawings
Whether it is a simple wall removal, new build or extension we can provide structural drawings which satisfy building control requirements and details for builders to follow
Thames Water build over agreement drawings
If you are building over or near an existing drain you will need an agreement from Thames Water which will require providing a new inspection chamber for your sewer pipe.
We provide a plan and section needed for the application which can also be used for the builder to follow
