I would thoroughly recommend Shannon and her training programs for puppies. We have joined both the puppy beginners and now the improvers and I must say that it has been brilliant for us to get our first puppy socialised and learning the essentials, especially at such a difficult time in lockdown. Shannon does everything through a no-force approach which was really important for me and has loads of games and exercises for the puppies to get them learning. Shannon was walking Juno once a week until lockdown and Juno is always pleased to see her. We had a great training session this week via Zoom to help me work on Juno's recall, which has deteriorated recently. Shannon demonstrated and then watched as I practiced a variety of games and exercises to help and then sent me an email listing everything we had done and talked about. Shannon has been walking our dog, Shelby, for over a year & we cannot recommend her enough. Shelby absolutely adores Shannon & is always excited to see her (or even if she hears her voice on the phone! ) We love that Shannon is always giving us little tips to help with training etc & it is plain to see she genuinely cares about all the dogs she knows.
