Came in today (Sat) with my two dogs, my girl was very nervous about staying after a bad experience with a different grooming company so I was nervous for her. After a call I picked them up and they were absolutely gorgeous, but best of all I could see that my lovely girl was so happy. Thanks ladies, we'll see you soon. Xxx More...

We love Pampered Paws, our doodle, Che always looks beautiful after his Aunty Kirsten works her magic on him. We can not recommend Arlene n staff highly enough. Her professionalism has proven 3 separate groomers wrong! They said our year old standard schnauzer was ungroomable. Indeed, before we met Arlene we had to have our dog anaesthetised and shaved by the vet!! Our dog now accepts grooming from Arlene without any fuss at all now. Arlene organised a good few familiarisation sessions for the dog and is so patient and kind towards her. Thanks Arlene ...... do not know what we'd do without your sterling service. More...
