I use this station so much so this is horrible!! One day I was cycling to the station and I locked it up as normal, I get a train to work and when i get back my bike is completely stolen. Worse thing it was my dads £500 bike, first thing I do is call up the cctv number and 101, waited 30-40 minutes and nothing, I reported the incident online and nothing!! I talked to staff the next day and they’re telling me they don’t have access to the footage, no help whatsoever. HORRIBLE! More...

I would highly recommend Mo to anyone! I’m seeing him twice a week. He’s not only technically adept, he’s a great teacher, great communicator and just an all around lovely person. His knowledge also extends beyond kick-boxing to personal training, acup in fire, self defense and injury management (he’s helped me tremendously in training around and rehabilitation of a shoulder injury). Mo, other than being an exceptionally good personal trainer, he is also an excellent communicator/motivator, which has developed me, both in my training and personal life. He pays attention to detail and creates training programmes in accordance to what you are looking to achieve whilst also considering your current level of fitness. The programme was most enjoyable whilst also reaping the benefits at the end of this journey. I have also used Mo cupping services which have proven to be very helpful for rehabilitation/ injuries. He is very meticulous and understands the human body well, and can break down complex information in lay-man’s terms, so you are fully aware, of what he is looking to carry out, when completing a cupping session. Receiving treatment from Mo was by far the best decision I could have made for my own physical and mental health. I have had both PT & acupuncture sessions with him and it has drastically improved my long lasting injuries in neck, shoulder, hamstring and ankle. Also at a point when suffering from severe fatigue; acupuncture has improved both mood and energy levels and has also helped me to relax, too. Mo is very focused and skilled at root causing any issues/weaknesses and is very good at helping you improve in all areas possible. Sessions with Mo are always mentally stimulating as he engages you in conversation and effortlessly understands if you are mentally drained and need a change in focus. I've been training with Mo for a few years now, initially for kickboxing which has been nothing less than great! He's done an amazing job in motivating me to push past the pain especially with cardiovascular and circuit work. In addition, he's helped me knock down mental barriers for challenges I didn't think I would do such as training for a white collar fight and taking part in a duathalon! I injured my shoulder and neck in the gym right before going away on holiday and I needed it fixed quickly as I was suffering with stiffness and limited range of motion. Mo treated the area with a combination of hot and dry cupping. The results: mild soreness the following morning (think: after a deep tissue massage) but completely freed up and pain-free. We’ve since been working on strengthening exercises during PT sessions to avoid the same injury coming back! More...

I teach a variety of martial arts including kickboxing (where I was amateur and professional British champion) and traditional boxing.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. This service is available in Kingston upon Thames

Acupuncture is increasingly used to treat musculoskeletal problems. It is used both on its own and in conjunction with other therapies such as physiotherapy, osteopathy and cupping.
I also offer acupuncture for stress, anxiety, and addiction.
