I just ate the most amazing cake bought from Pain de Vie at the farmers’ market today. It was the best, melt in your mouth, light but very chocolatey, cake I’ve ever tasted! The best bit is that the owner-sorry I didn’t get your name-is going to make a birthday cake for James that is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free! I can’t wait More...

What’s your signature dish?
Chocolate fondant. Everyone loves it unless you are allergic to nuts, gluten or diary.
Spanish tortilla for all unless you are allergic to eggs.
Sauté rabbit with sauté courgettes. No allergies possible.

What do you love most about your job?
By creating dishes and menus people expect, I contribute to their happiness. I allow them to spend a warm and caring time with friends without the hassle hence making sure they can concentrate on the getting together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to share a good moment with people. My sons have left home and I wanted to continue cooking for others.

I disinfect and clean my kitchen constantly. I wash my hands all the time.
