Antony took one look at me and knew straight away what the issue was and began treatment straight away. I was on the verge of walking out of my job as a full time driver. But with his help I managed to carry on with my duties as a driver and now planning to take up sports which was also put on the back burner. I highly recommend this clinic as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a wonderful smile, the staff are brilliant, understanding and show a lot of empathy towards you. I really don't bother with reviews but this was something I felt strongly about . Give it a go and you will not regret it. More...

Cannot fault the service - thank you. I have recently had a ligament replacement procedure on my knee and decided to go to Pain Clinic's Southampton Practice through recommendation, for my knee rehabilitation. Tony showed genuine interest in the care of my knee and displayed his expertise in all variations of treatment that I received including acupuncture, scar tissue massage and manipulation. He also advised me of exercises to improve mobility and flexibility which have all proven successful. I would not go anywhere else for treatment now and I continue to have maintenance treatments at the practice. I would highly recommend Tony and the Pain Clinic without any reservations whatsoever. I have been a user of City Healing Clinic for almost ten years and I have never, ever been left to feel disappointed. Over the years, I have undergone various different treatments ranging from Colonic Hydrotherapy to Allergy Testing (Diet and Nutrition). The treatment has been top notch and the advice has enabled me to healthily lose 6 stone of weight. I now follow a good eating plan, I exercise regularly and visit the practice for Personal Training sessions. I am very grateful for the assistance and I would recommend the practice to anybody! Anthony has also treated my back over the years and conducted spinal manipulation, acupuncture therapy and other bone setting treatments to align my body. This has been absolutely paramount to my wellbeing and I honestly do not feel I would be as happy, healthy and successful as I am today without the on-going commitment to restoring patients health that these guys have. I have never had a problem with my back before but, in November 2012, it suddenly started giving me excruciating pain and I was struggling to move. Over time, I tried painkillers, my GP, seeing a physio, an osteopath and a chiropractor but nothing and nobody could sort the problem and I was in agony almost every minute of the day to the point where I couldn’t really get out of bed in the morning. This went on for a whole year and I had always been extremely active and played lots of sport so really struggled with being unable to move. Luckily, towards the end of last year, a friend of mine recommended Tony to me and said that he had been brilliant for her. At the time, I believed that nobody could help me because all I had heard were people saying they didn’t know what the problem was but I went to see Tony and it was one of the best decisions I have made. As quickly as the first session, he immediately identified that the problem was my pelvis rather than my back and instantly started fixing the issue. I straightaway felt an indescribable difference and over the next few weeks he worked on solving the whole problem. This was even quicker than I had ever imagined possible and within a couple of months I was incredibly starting to do some proper exercise for the first time in a year. I have continued to see Tony since and it is simply not possible to describe the difference in how my back feels now and how much happier I am.Tony is not only unbelievably talented at his job but has always been extremely friendly, courteous and respectful in the sessions and personally I would completely recommend him to anybody. He has totally changed the quality of my life around and I will be forever grateful for his help and talents. I am continuing to see him and have even been able to sign up to run a marathon later in the year thanks to his skills at sorting my back.
