I have used Pahl & Associates for several years now and have never been disappointed. They first assisted with my wife's UK settlement visa from Pakistan. When I tried to renew this myself I made a mistake with the application and Pahl and Associates helped me sort this out and get my wife's visa back on the correct pathway. When I had to renew again I employed their services straight away. I will be using their services again when we apply for my wife's ILR / Britain Citizenship application in a few years time. In the last month they have helped my mother in law who lives in Pakistan obtain a visit visa to the UK.

We are writing to express our delight at finally achieving the family goal of landing in Canada as a Permanent resident through the Family Class sponsorship route. Without the expertise of Balvinder and his colleagues we would have never been able to navigate the tricky world of Canadian Immigration law. Amazing experience with Balvinder! I am a Canadian citizen wanting to sponsor my husband to come to live in Canada with me. We had filled out a lot of our paperwork ourselves from within the UK but last minute decided to find someone to help us through the process. Balvinder was our first choice as he was responsive, very informative and friendly upon our first meeting. He was honest about payments, how the process would work and roughly how long he thought it would take. Given COVID, myself and my husband estimated it would take about a year to be approved for the Visa. Balvinder got to work straight away in December 2020 and sent everything off within a week (it helps that we were organised!). We received communication in March from Canada and we were fully approved by June - MUCH quicker than we were ever expecting. Throughout the whole process, Balvinder answered my many questions and gave us expert advice. He also was able to give us updates on our application and was freely available if I ever needed a chat.
