What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is the traditional Valencian paella, which ingredients are chicken, stringless beans, Valencian butter beans, tomatoes (grated) and rosemary.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our clients chose from our menu the paellas they wish to have served at their event. Sometimes they want to add an extra ingredient, like chorizo, which we are flexible with. Once they confirm the number of guests, we can calculate how many paellas they need and prepare the menu!
What do you love most about your job?
Without any doubt, people! We are very social, and we enjoy talking to our customers and guests and answering questions, showing how we prepare the paellas, etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our inspiration is to share our Mediterranean culture and dishes with the rest of the world!

Paellas are delicious, and you will have a great opportunity to surprise your guests with something different! We also bring the experience of cooking the paella to the event.
Catering for events
We are based in Portishead, and we can cater in Bristol and the surrounding area. We prepare and serve paellas at your event. We can cover any type of event; birthday parties, weddings, a reunion, a business event, etc.
