Do you have timely management information?
Is your business operated in the most tax efficient way?
Are you claiming for all the expenses and allowances that you are entitled to?
Do you have annual accounts review meetings with your accountant?
Is your accountant being proactive in providing the information you need, before you are aware that you might need it or is he just reacting to your requests for information?
Are you made aware of liabilities in advance of when they are due so that you can budget for them?
Are your requests answered promptly?

I love the fact that I am helping people deal with the complexities of accountancy while getting to "play with" numbers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a Chartered Accountant for 20+ years. I worked for a big firm and we simply got to busy to look after our clients the way I felt they deserved to be looked after
