I have been studying Latin with Rosie since OxTutors started. I have now had more than 50 lessons and I have always found her to be kind, enthusiastic, understanding, and knowledgeable. We’ve dealt with a lady called Rosie, missed one lesson, we informed her that the lesson fee will be payed, however she went ahead to write “ We would not want to work with such a dismissive family, we deserve the respect that we give our clients. ”and she doesn’t wish to do business with us! . I found their conduct unacceptable and unprofessional. Lesson link was sent three hours prior the lesson. We paid the £35 in full. More...

Hello Amna, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you missed our initial consultation call which we provide completely for free. You left our lovely tutor, Ike, waiting for 20 minutes, only to have your husband answer and rudely inform with no apology that the meeting was cancelled. Ike was upset by this and reached out to the team to personally complain about the way he was spoken to. You then had 2 lessons which you reviewed positively to us. You asked the time to be re-arranged to 11am due to travelling and we were happy to oblige. This was the arrangement for the summer holidays. Ike sent you a Zoom invite at 8am, to which you did not reply despite another team member's text message to you. You then failed to turn up to the 11am lesson, leaving the tutor waiting for 40 minutes despite him prepping an extremely advanced Physics lesson. You complained to us that the meeting invite was not sent in time, but never requested it be sent at a specific time. The lack of apology and rudeness towards our team members has resulted in us believing your attitude to be rude and dismissive, as further evidenced by this negative review despite your daughter's progress.
