What do you love most about your job?
First and foremost, I love what I do and I love the individuals and organisations that I work with. What I love most about what I do is the change that it brings to people and organisations. I believe that change is possible and that individuals and organisations can do well irrespective of where they have been if placed in the right environment and given the right support. I believe that people can be happy in what they do and happiness is seriously good for business. What I do has helped me prove and strengthen my believe and value in people and organisations. I thrive on seeing individuals; leaders and organisations improve irrespective of circumstances.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because of the solutions I know I could bring to the issues and challenges individuals and organisations have.
