Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We shopped around for a basic oven clean, and not only was this the best quote we found, but from the moment I received the in-depth email back from Karen, you could tell this was a company that truly valued your custom and wanted to impress. And impress they did! Steve arrived 15 minutes early and was confronted with an oven that perhaps hadn't been cleaned in 4 years or so, was smoking, whose glass screen was barely see-through anymore, etc. He was instantly invested in making sure I knew everything that was happening, how he was doing it, what would be done, etc. He showed me a few tricks, like how to remove the oven door myself and where best to buy spare parts, etc. You could tell he really cared about the job he was doing, and about the reputation of the company. He was there for nearly FOUR hours and was truly respectful, hard-working, polite and, above all else, professional every step of the way. He gave advice on where the oven had been damaged beforehand, and potentially how it had happened, e.g. using corrosive oven cleaners. Everything he did was safe and eco-friendly as well, which was great as we have a one-year old running around. You could tell his heart was in it, and the result? From my initial enquiry to the work taking place Steve and Karen where unbelievably professional. The job was priced and booked in within 15 minutes of contacting them. I then received a confirmation email with date and time which Karen then followed up the day prior to the install with a reminder. Steve was with us for 4 hours, my partner actually said he’s the most professional tradesmen she’s had in our house. You only have to look at our oven to believe it.
