Joe was a lovely chap and oven appeared sparkling from a distance on his depart. However on closer inspection after he left, oven shelves and various bits inside oven where not up to scratch. I have had other oven cleaners in before but it was obvious that Joe wasn't a professional that knew ovens and left burnt on marks that could easily have been removed had the self clean setting had been turned on to make cleaning easier. Needed to clean some remaining burnt on bits from racks myself afterwards which only took 1/2 hour. Advice. Get to know various ovens and best way to clean them. Good luck. Cheap but not worth it. Joe was very professional and replied back swiftly to all my e-mails, and gave me a great choice of times and dates when he was available. He actually came out on a Saturday as I work in the week. My ovens are neff slide and hide which some oven cleaners are reluctant to clean due to the mechanism but joe did a great and through job at the price he quoted

Joe did a brilliant job cleaning my oven today.

He was friendly, arrived on time and somehow managed to transform my oven from embarrassingly filthy to looking brand new in just an hour and a half! He also uses eco-friendly products so there were no nasty chemical smells.
