Taf is an excellent PT! Not only does he get you motivated the whole session but he’s also very helpful with tips and techniques to each workout ️‍♀️ I would highly recommend!

As I was starting to lack motivation and drive in the gym I thought it was time for me to invest in a PT for the push I needed. Taf was THE man for the job. He tailored my program for me to achieve the best possible results for what I was looking for. The intensity and work ethic where taf has took me is miles ahead of what it used to be. I’ve been going to the gym for years and had stopped seeing a difference, I needed something to help me get more out of my gym sessions.
I signed up for the 1 free session with the idea of getting some tips and then carrying on at my usual gym. I enjoyed the session that much though that I had decided to get another 15. I really enjoy each session and Taf really pushes me more than I have ever been pushed before but its all worked out because I've lost soo much fat and gained muscle which I didn't think I was capable of.

Where do I begin to explain how great working with Taf has been! I wanted to hire a PT to help me understand how to weight train effectively to build my strength. I was that girl who never entered the weights section of the gym, for lots of reasons, but mainly because I felt lost and didn't know what to do.
Taf changed all of that by educating me and pushing my body beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. Taf is a fantastic PT and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and diet and knows exactly how to instruct you to achieve your goals!

Beyond all the exercising, Taf is one of the most positive people I have had the pleasure to meet. His motivation and dedication is infectious and that really helped me to stay motivated and committed to the gym - even when it got tough! Thank you so much again Taf! :)

Saw Taf for just over a month or so, definitely was worth the investment. Learnt a lot with this guy in the time thay I've been with him. My endurance and recovery time has ridiculously improved and I've dropped off a fair amount of fat.

If your not willing to work your ass off at the gym then Taf isn't for you, if you are though , I highly recommend this guy #investinyourself

Working with Outzone has enabled me to reach levels that I never thought possible.

On my first session, I jokingly suggested we try the 40kg dumbbells instead of the 15kg we started with. ... less than 3 months later and 40kg has not only been achieved but surpassed.

I have a stressful job and previously found the tyrant nature of other PT’s as tiresome and somewhat condescending. Working withTaf is the opposite - constantly positive, understanding but unbelievably motivating.

Had tried a few personal trainers before working with Outzone and without lasting or visible results. Outzone was exactly what I needed and I stepped out of my comfort zone in every session and with that came results and the confidence to smash every session with or without my trainer. Taf pushes you without frustrating you. The tools that Taf gave me in terms of exercise and food will forever change my relationship with food and the gym. Tiny rooms if you care about that kind of thing (I don't). Everything else was amazing for the price. Food was really damn good!

Love the gym there. It's my favourite out of all the gyms I've been to. The weights area has a decent amount of equipment which means you rarely have to wait around to use any of it.

Update: has been refurbished lots since and has much better facilities now.

Nice hotel. Quiet location off the main road but not far from shops restaurants etc. Good health club and pool. Room was very small but modern and clean. Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t buffet style it had to be ordered, the hot food anyway. We would stayed again. More...

Solid training schedule: this is backbone of all fitness goals whether it be performance based or physiological everybody needs to be consistent to initiate change within the body!

Training structure: this is how solid progression towards any goal/s is made! With this acute attention can be given to multiple areas to really optimise progress to any given goal/s.

Consistency:
- consistency with training frequency and intensity
- consistency with dietary habits to keep the body fuelled correctly and moving towards your goal
- consistency with comstant progression means that your body is always adapting moving ever so closer to your goal, comfort zones are dead zones
