What do you love most about your job?
I love showing landlords there's an agency who will treat their home as if it were their own & will then find tenants who will do the same. It's wonderful, after moving off from the highstreet, the focus returns to the quality of the service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started as a property photographer many years ago & have tried my hand at every property service you can imagine. After spending sometime managing my own properties I decided I was fed up with the way my friends and client’s were treated by their managing agents & so Fatpanda was born.

Not only are we cheaper than the highstreet, our service is tailored to your wants and needs as a landlord. We also run all property marketing services in house at no extra cost to you. Most imortantly though we look after your house as if it were our own. This means if you need to know something you'll know when you need to, not later.
Step 1 - Full profesional photography / Floorplans
We provide new professional photography of the property before the start of every tenancy. We want to have your house looking top notch before we take it online & start looking for potential tenants.
Step 2 - Inventory report
We carry out a property inventory report at the start & end of the tenancy so we can assess damage & changes. We do this to protect your property from incuring potential costs in tenant damages & it’s also a great way to keep up to date with the property through having a catalogue of reports. We offer MTI (Mid-Term inspections) if requested at no extra charge.
Step 3 - Marketing the property
With a brief from you on who you’re wanting to move in we take your property online. We currently use Zoopla, Rightmove & our own trusted tenant pool to boost your property & get the responses you need quickly.
Step 4 - Viewings & interviewing potential tenants
We want to make sure the tenant we find you suits your requirments. It’s your house & your brief.
Step 5 - Finalising the tenancy
We handle all the paper work, deposits and referencing. Reporting back to you at every step. The rent can be paid directly into any account & on the date you request.
Step 6 - Maintain
From Mid-term inspections to handling tenant enquiries we hold the fort & report back to you if there’s something you need to know, when you need to know it. We have great local trusted engineers & other support, or alternatlivy we can use & organise the contractors you request.
Step 7 - Repeat
We organise the end of tenancy & then get the property ready for the next tenants who we’ll find and approve ahead of time
