Thankyou so much for our lovely Afternoon Tea and Pamper Picnic, I loved it all and it was so nice spending time with my daughter Danielle, I came out feeling so relaxed and fresh, my skin feels so soft and my nails are lovely and I think it’s helped with my general aches and pains this week, I will definitely be back, everyone was so lovely, professional and friendly, the whole experience and the treatments and food was well worth the £99 x

I have been going to Es Paradis for the past three years to get my nails done (every other week prior to Covid-19)! I have never been let down once by the team and I always leave feeling well looked after with amazing nails. Two days before Christmas last year I broke a nail and they made sure I was booked in and fixed before Christmas Day! I have already had so many nice comments about my nails that I had done on Saturday! Time wasters. Arrived at my appointment today for Lashes & Brows. I’m aware there was an announcement by the government to say these treatments can’t be done but nowhere did this business say anything regarding the announcement like all other business I’m in contact with have. No statement/post from them was made to state that people shouldn’t attend, neither was any messages sent to me regarding this. As a customer this left me assuming I had an appointment that I was still to attend until told otherwise. As everyone knows if an appointment is missed the customer is always to blame and I didn’t want to put myself in that position. I was spoken to as if I was to just know not to come, as if this was my fault. The communication was poor, and I am very disappointed with the service received. More...
