Opportunity for Self Understanding, OSU Life Coaching has been created as I have a passion for helping people improve themselves and their business through using my skills, knowledge and experience within life and in a business environment.

CV Writing
I am certified in CV writing and have helped many people write their CV to get their desired interview and so that they can draw confidence from what they have achieved in their lives personally and professionally.

Life Coaching
I help professional men in their 20's, 30’s and 40’s find their passion, so that they actually want to wake up and go to work!

I have a Diploma in Life Coaching, a CMI Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring and have helped various people at different stages of their lives find meaning and direction.

• We start by taking a look at your past and figuring out who you want to be, to find your GOAL!
• I will help you build a frame-work to follow and will guide you into making positive changes through setting and completing objectives.
• We will then find ways to create space in your life to work on your objectives to complete your goal.
• I will provide support and constructive feedback upon your progress.
• If you need support in between sessions, you can contact me through WhatsApp or by text or a phone call.

Business Coaching
I enjoy seeing and helping businesses grow and develop. I have a number of business orientated qualifications endorsed by the Chartered Management Institute.
I have over 16 years experience in Senior Management and as an Operations Director of a SME in the service industry.
When I took over as a manager, the company was relatively small with only 12 people in total and now employs over 125 staff, achieving a multi-million turnover.
From the enjoyment of seeing businesses grow and develop, I have completed the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Professional Consulting in 2018 to help enable me to establish myself as a business coach.

I can help you and your business with:
• Creating a business plan to reach a desired Goal– I can take an impartial view of your business, enabling you to make decisions and have a plan to work to.
• Management coaching – 1:1 coaching for team leaders and managers, helping with time management, prioritisation and dealing with staff.
• Staff Coaching and Mentoring – 1:1 coaching and mentoring to get the best out of employees.
