As a construction company working within all commercial sectors the hardest thing to meet is the clients needs and ensure our quotations reflect what is required in the initial brief.
I can honestly say working for the team at Orka has been a real pleasure. From the initial meeting we had clear concise written information which was reflected in the drawing package.
Any changes the client wished to make was swept up by Orka and then the full details passed to ourselves. So many times the end user wants a certain 'look or feel" yet they expect us to do the digging around to meet their new expectations, this never happened with Orka.
The design was clear and clearly marked up which enabled us to provide the end user with "his' vision.
If you want your project to hit lead times and budgets, and a fabulous looking finish, I would certainly recommend Orka.

What’s your interior design process?
We understand that every project is as individual as the client. Therefor at Orka Interiör we offer multiple options of payment on either a day rate, hourly rate or overall project costs. Our prices are flexible and realistic to your scope of works! We endeavour to cater for every individual's vision, whilst understanding that your budget may differ to others.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We can and have successfully completed projects remotely. As with any project we would begin with a free 30 minute video call to discuss your design needs, and how we can help out. We would ask for photos of the area you'd like designing and some rough measurements to be sent over. From here we can provide the necessary design presentation you need, to help maximise the potential of your space.
