Outstanding service, competence and kindness As a Spanish national I had to think for a while if Optimal Solicitors would tailor my needs. I took a risk and I don’t regret it. They specialise in helping Eastern Europe nationals, but honestly, I couldn’t choose better legal services. I believe Optimal Solicitors are one of the best law firms in England. I’ve never claimed for anything and they have made the whole process effortless. They are very polite on the phone, make you feel comfortable and explain everything very clearly. From the first phone call I felt like I was in good hands. The first response advisor was competent, friendly, helpful, and caring. I really liked their system of signing documents electronically, which saved a lot of time and allow them to progress the case quicker. Marta, who was dealing with my case, was truly brilliant from start to finish. She kept me informed and up to date every step of the way. I really felt she did her best to secure my best interests.
