Dan Maxwell responded to my request on Bark and I did not take long to appoint him to organise my 50th birthday party, which was a festival theme. From the start, he was incredibly warm and accommodating. He has great empathy and inner calm - which is great when you feel a bit stressed yourself! He found the most wonderful staff to make my 50th seem effortless. He turned my London garden into Glastonbury for one night - I had a cocktail bar, Jamaican street food an acoustioke band and 2 Dj’s for a silent disco later. Dan was there with me every step of the way. I live a busy life and had no time to organise my party, Dan was simply amazing. I highly recommend him to organise any event. We first came across Dan Maxwell in 2016 when he organised an excellent Christmas work function for around 50 people at a London location. Dan was incredibly personable, reliable and thorough - which can't be said for everyone in this industry! Everything OnePoint21 do is first class, they're very transparent and trustworthy, so much so that we used them again to do the same Christmas function in 2017 and once again they excelled themselves.We can't recommend Dan and OnePoint21 enough - we'll definitely be using them again for our future events. Dan helped us organise a surprise birthday party in March this year. He helped me with all aspects of the event from finding the venue, a band, a DJ, helping negotiate pricing and choosing food and drink at the venue, arranging a birthday cake and much more. What do you love most about your job?
I love talking to people (a lot) and I'm in my element when I'm coming up with creative ideas, problem solving, knee deep in logistics and running around on event day.
I've been in the industry for over ten years and I'm still as passionate about the job as I always was when I was a trainee at The Hospital Club a long time ago!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background was always working in a single venue. THC had 11 spaces so there was a a fair bit of variety but my inspiration for starting up OnePoint21 was simply so I could work ANYWHERE! Whether it's a bespoke marquee in a garden or in any of the thousands of amazing venues across London, there is no limit.

We have links to insanely talented suppliers across AV, Entertainment (Performers, DJs, Bands, etc), Catering, Staffing, Marquees, Photo booths, anything really!

Venue Finding
Looking for the perfect London venue for your corporate event or private party? After discussing your brief, we will go through our little black book and provide a range of wonderful options for you.
Does it cost anything?
Absolutely not! If you decide to book a venue we’ve found for you, they will pay us a small commission.
There are no catches to our service and you’re very welcome to contact each venue direct. The rate will be identical; the only difference is that we do all the hard work for you!
